The 2 Tools That Will Change Your 2021 Operations
At Coveted Financial, we use technology tools to keep working and serving you. Our team evaluates tools regularly to improve our workflow and communication. We’re looking at Loom and Zapier for use in our company in 2021.
Loom
The first of these tools is Loom, which helps remote teams communicate more effectively using audio and video for asynchronous meetings. Your team can instantly share these videos and watch the messages on demand, instead of in a scheduled meeting.
Integrations: Loom works from your web browser, but also has a mobile app and a desktop app. There is also a Google Chrome extension for recording your screen from Chrome.
Pricing: Loom has a free starter plan that allows you to record up to 100 videos up to 5 minutes long each. The Business plan starts at $8 per month per creator, and allows unlimited videos of unlimited length, as well as a host of other helpful features including mouse emphasis.
Support: Loom has priority support for paid customers, and a support hub for starter plan members.
Zapier
Next up is Zapier, which allows your different tools and apps to share information and automate tasks to your specifications using the “zaps” you choose to use.
Integrations: Zapier integrates over 3,000 different apps as of this writing.
Pricing: Zapier’s free plan allows up to 100 tasks per month with up to five Zaps. The Starter plan is $19.99 per month for up to 750 tasks per month and up to 20 Zaps. The Professional plan is $49 per month for up to 2,000 tasks and unlimited Zaps. The Team plan is $299 for 50,000 tasks per month and the Company plan is $599/month for 100,000 tasks per month.
Support: Zapier has a help center, a help community, and support is also available through support tickets.
